It is not necessary to register on the Vayanam Handloom website. However, we recommend you to register on the website with your details so that you can be notified about our promotional deals/offers and not repeat the personal details section every time you place an order.

For password recovery, please follow the below mentioned steps:

3. Enter your registered Email Id.
And your Password will be sent to your registered Email Id/mobile phone number.
Payment Information
There is no minimum order value on the site currently. However, INR 100/- delivery charge would be applicable if the order value is below INR 2500.
We accept Visa card, Master card, Net-banking (facility of all Major Banks in India), Paytm and Gpay.
No, the listed price on the website is inclusive of taxes and is the final price which you need to pay in order to buy an Item. There will be a shipping charge of INR 100 if ordered value is below INR 2500.
Delivery & Order Status
The order once placed will be delivered within 8-10 working days (Public Holidays excluded)
Order status will be sent directly to your registered email id and mobile number (WhatsApp)
Yes, you can do this. However every shipping address in your order will have a different order id and will be subjected to a delivery charge of INR 100 for orders below INR 2500. Also every order will be processed and delivered individually.

Cancellation/Modification of Order
Once you confirm payment of your order, your order cannot be changed or cancelled. Cancellations are solely at the discretion of Vayanam Handloom.
You can modify your order at any time during the shopping process by editing / modifying your shopping cart. Once you confirm payment for the items in your shopping cart, the order is considered as final and cannot be modified.

Return/Refund Policy
In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged or has manufacturing defect(colour variation is not considered as a manufacturing defect), you should email us a photo of the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving your order. Eligible products(if found damaged) can only be returned within one week following the delivery of the order. Products missing company tags/used/washed in any form will not be eligible for a return.
*Note:- Actual colours may slightly vary due to screen’s resolution and settings
Once your return has been authorized, we’d be happy to process your refund (within 5-7 working days) after receiving the item and conducting the necessary quality checks. Your refund will be processed to the same mode of payment (For Eg- If paid through Paytm while placing the order, return will be processed to your Paytm Account)
No. Once your return request is received and approved, we will arrange for a return pick-up at an agreed-upon time and date. Please note the return pick-up address and delivery address has to be the same, failing which the return request will be cancelled.
